At Dripnest, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Since our products are made/printed on demand, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- a damaged product,
- a manufacturing/printing defect, or
- an incorrect product,
please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [shubham4u899@gmail.com.].
Please provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos/videos of the product
- Photos of the packaging/shipping label
- A brief description of the issue
After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Size & Change-of-Mind Returns
Because our products are made/printed on demand, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to:
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Change of mind
- Color preference
- Minor differences in color caused by screen/display settings
Please check our size chart carefully before placing an order.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-provider processing times.
Return Shipping
If the return is approved because of a manufacturing defect, incorrect product, or damage attributable to us, we will provide appropriate return/replacement instructions.
Do not send products to an address without receiving return instructions from DripNest first.
